Remembering that it won’t get better overnight… it takes time. And just because they have a good day doesn’t mean they can’t slip back. Be patient and know you may need to try a few things before you find a plan that works.

Consistency I’m bad at this!
It’s so easy to say that we need to be consistent. As an outsider looking in, we can see the benefit. However, when in the moment – it’s another story! 🤨 I’m not always consistent either.
my son had a hard time going to school when he was younger. What helped him was getting up earlier. Rushing him to get the bus made it worse. He needed his time to calm, focus, and feel like he completed everything at home before leaving.
